Shipping Policy

Each painting is packed by hand in the studio. Smaller works ship via USPS or UPS in custom-cut cardboard with corner protection. Larger canvases ship in a rigid wood-reinforced crate. Most US orders dispatch within 5 business days of payment.

Rates

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size and destination. International orders are quoted manually before payment — please email art@elliotbostick.com with the painting and your address for an exact quote.

Insurance and tracking

Every shipment includes carrier insurance for the full sale price and a tracking number, sent via email when the label is generated. For pieces larger than 24 inches on the longest side, white-glove or freight delivery may be arranged at cost.

Damage in transit

If your painting arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the artwork before unpacking further and email me within 7 days. I will file the carrier claim and arrange a repair or refund.
